Great question! Barnyard Party rates are $200 for a 2 hour party (additional fee of $50 per hour after 2 hours). Farm Photo Shoots are $150 per hour. Overnight lodging through Airbnb starts at $120 a night (additional fees and taxes apply). And company or team retreats or offsite meetings begin at $100 an hour.

Guests will have full use of the guesthouse, kitchen, covered patio, and indoor bathroom during their party or gathering. Additionally, they will be able to visit with our animals, go on a hayride (weather permitting), use our covered clubhouse, roundbale playground, walking trails, and have a bonfire (weather permitting).

Unfortunately we do not. The full-size horses on our farm are actually boarded horses and owned by someone else.

Our guesthouse can comfortably accommodate 6-8 persons. The house features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a common area with sofas that can fold into beds.

At this time, you cannot. All overnight bookings must happen through Airbnb.

Unfortunately we do not. For parties, or events, guests must provide their own food and beverage. We do have a refrigerator in the guesthouse that guest can use to store beverages and food.
